A company with vision

Shadow Innovation has created a new type of thermal imaging product. The Garret helped create a strong brand and website as it launched its first generation of thermal imaging cameras.

Shadow Innovations has created a suite of fully customisable thermal imaging (TI) products. Using innovative 3D manufacturing, the Saros products offer high specification handheld cameras at a price point that has not been currently possible. In addition, the company's design and manufacture processes means that its thermal imaging solutions can be completely bespoke to customer needs. The Garret helped define brand messaging and provided content management, design and development services for the company's website.

“The Garret has worked closely with us to develop our 'go-to-market' messaging for our innovative thermal imaging devices. This has followed through into a stunning statement of our identity and an interactive website that helps position us a true leader and innovator in all of our market sectors.

Throughout this project, The Garret have demonstrated considerable expertise in extracting and presenting our company's core qualities and attributes and in delivering a reliable and effective online presence from the day the site went live with an absolute minimum of effort from the staff at Shadow. The professionalism of the The Garret has been exemplary.” said Aaron Ventura, CTO of Shadow Innovations.

The Garret provided the following marketing services during this project:

    • Brand positioning and messaging
    • Brand image
